Snowbaording

The boys all got snowboards for Christmas and just couldn't wait to try them out at the park!

As usual, Tyler thought he was pretty cool stuff!

Zach was a little dare-devil and decided to try going off the rock ledge.

Cooper did really good at first but eventually decided it was easier to use the snowboard as a sled.

There were a few wipe-outs here and there but overall they did really good for their first time!

Baby It's Cold Outside!

My boys are the best. They have a crazy mom who loves to take pictures and after getting them all dressed up for a family party in their new sweaters, I just had to take their picture. Well the problem was, it was freezing outside, the wind was blowing, but they did it anway.
Thanks boys, you're the best!

"Twas the Night Before Christmas

Time to open the annual christmas jammies. I think it's funny how the kids get so excited on christmas eve to open their one present. I'm guessing their not as much excited about opening their pajamas as they are that it's finally Christmas Eve!

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree!

It such a special time of year when we get out all of the boxes of Christmas decorations and put up the tree. I think this is when the magical spirit of the Christmas season begins. It seems to put a little sparkle in every child's eye. I just love it!

Thankful Hearts

I really do love Thanksgiving. It's a wonderful time of year when we truly get to celebrate the things that are most important to us - Family, Fun and Food!

This year we went over to my family's house. My mom is always so great to do most of the cooking for us and we each just bring something to add to the smorgasbord of food.
It was soooo yummy! Thanks, Mom!

After the "Great Feast" we always have a few family traditions that we like to do on Thanksgiving. A few of the favorites include: find the hidden turkeys (which usually turns into a turkey throwing war), BINGO and of course football! Like I said, I love Thanksgiving!!

Looks like the turkey sleeping agent got to Clark (it always does!).

Football Party at the Park!

Tyler wanted to have a football party with all his buddies for his birthday this year. They had a ton of fun making their own jerseys, having a scrimage at the park, eating all the pizza and pop they could handle and finally taking turns beating the pinata to pieces. Wow, 10-year old boys sure have a lot of ENERGY! Happy Birthday, Tyler!

Tyler turns 10!

Tyler just loves birthdays! As you can see by the huge smile on his face. He also loves football, BYU, the color blue, animals, legos and money. And his birthday was filled with a little of each.
BYU blue presents and a blue sled,

An animal fact book and a Ty Detmer birthday card,

star wars legos,

a flag football kit to use at his birthday party.

money and a building kit from grandma and grandpa,

and so much more!
What a lucky little boy.

Happy Birthday, Clark!

Clark decided it was time to join the technology age and got an ipod for his birthday. Now all he needs to do is figure out how to turn it on and maybe even download a few songs.

I think it is so cute how the boys always create something "special" to give us on our birthdays.

Tyler made a Lehi football card.

Zach made a BYU card and a paper scorpion.

and Cooper made something special too!
